Everyone was very Cordial. Did not have to wait, but on the fine print they mention that you have to pay whatever the insurance company does not pay, which I did not mind, when I called to see what the charges where they told me , they have an office visit fee, test fee, Doctors fee & Laboratory fee. I told the customer service desk I only wanted the Covet 19 text & they said because of my age(74) that the doctor had to see me, so I'm going to have to pay out of pocket around $110.00 after the insurance pays. I had a great experience, the wait time was not too bad, even though it was an hour or so. The staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse was so sweet & the doctor was very professional. I was appreciative of the precautions taken due to Covid-19. I also, was grateful, my prescriptions were able to be filled at the facility. Thanks again for the treatment I received and will recommend this location to others.
