Office staff, nurses and doctor’s were friendly and professional. My questions were answered and all procedures were completed with efficiency.
Clean facility, friendly staff, got in/out quickly.

Wait time is unacceptably long. If a person has an appointment they should not have to wait almost 2 hours.

The nurses, doctors were informant. They provided a pleasant stay for me.
The first impression was very unkind and impersonal. Kind of rough at answering questions and with some authoritarian voice. Waited too long for just a COVID 19 Testing ...... and didn't know precise answers for when I could access my results just " that is not us , you would have to contact Lab Corp . Did not like it at all. At least she could have been nicer.Is not what you say but how you say it.
