Knowledgeable, caring and compassionate staff, everyone from administrative to nurses to doctors. I felt the hospital staff truly cared and did not just go through the basic protocols. The policies the hospital has in place provided clear and timely updates to my family throughout my procedure.
TGH Fast Track at Seminole was just as their name says = Fast! I was seen by the P.A. quickly. He was very professional while also being very compassionate. He saw the need for an antibiotic and wrote the scrip for it. Some walk-ins treat antibiotic rx's like it's a scrip for oxycontin = ridiculous! This TGH Fast Track is the BEST convenient care in this area!!
Service was fast and my issue was resolved. The one issue I jad was that I asked several times and it was confirmed back to me by the nirse that I wanted the Rx sent to a certain pharmacy and it was not sent to my requested pharmacy. This caused me 3 trips and 2 days to get the prescriptions needed
Visit went pretty well. The gal at the front desk seemed a tad overwhelmed and it took her almost 30 minutes to get my info in the system so the wait was longer then expected but once I got called back, everything was smooth sailing! Thank You
Check in was seem less, not a long wait. Everyone very nice and were concerned about me. I do feel like recovery was rushed and fast, like you only had so much time you were allowed to be there. Not that I wanted to stay, but I had a really bad migraine and wanted it to let up before I had to move.
I was lucky to arrive at a time when there were only a few waiting and was taken right in. the doctor was efficient and helpful. Not only did she do my exam, and prescribe medicine, she also called me by telephone to explain the results when they came. Very satisfactory!!
The nurses had just what I needed, A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR to make the procedure go down!! I wasn’t really THERE to respond on the doctors sense of humor, but I bet Dr. Furman has a good one!!!
