Everyone was professional. Susan, nurse practitioner, was excellent.
All staff especially the doctor was very friendly

My experience was excellent. I made an appointment for a COVID swab and everything went flawlessly. The front desk staff were lovely as was the nurse and nurse practitioner. Everything was in compliance with social distancing and mask wearing.

The whole experience, from check-in through check-out was impressive. No extended delays along the way. The PA asked the right questions and most importantly heard me out and my concerns for the visit. Hopefully my problems will be resolved and don't have to make a second trip.
