Good service
After waiting almost 3 hours we were taken care of and the service was great.
This will be our urgent care of choice moving forward. Clean environment, caring and quick attendance from receptionist, visit with PA was not rushed and we were well received.
There wasn't a long wait time and patients weren't left in the back waiting like they are in other clinics. Within a few minutes of being called, I was triaged and the doctor came in shortly after that. The doctor was thorough and had me sent in for X-rays. That was almost immediate. I waited just a few minutes for the doctor to come in with the results and he explained a few things and asked if we had any questions. I didn't have any. Once I saw the doctor it was great
It was a long wait but the doctor took care of me well
The wait wasn’t too long - 30 minutes. The nurse/PA was friendly and professional. The doctor was kind and diagnosed my problem quickly.
Provider and staff were great and my illness was treated effectively. Although the wait was a bit long, it was not unpleasant.
