Everyone was friendly, efficient, professional and put my anxious and fearful feelings to rest. They were true to their word about the procedure & recovery.
I was very impressed with my first visit to this clinic. Professional and friendly from check in to check out. PA listened to me and was not in a rush to push me through fast. Explained my course of treatment and followed up a few days later with lab results and further treatment. Waiting room and exam rooms were pristine and COVID prevention appropriate. I will definitely return when needed and will gladly recommend to friends and family.
Everything fine except waiting in line to get checked in. They need to put a sign for those who are seeking covid-19 tests. I waited 10 minutes in line to find I had to go to another window.

I feel the administrative stafff and medical team here are well-trained, courteous, professional and thorough. The wait can be a bit long, but only because they are busy, and observe CDC cleaning guidelines. What really impressed me was that the young doc even remembered my husband, who had been there a week earlier, and asked how he was doing!
