I loved the doctor and the way she very honestly explained my choices. The only issues I had were with the inability to log in after receiving my blank “welcome” email. I also could not log in on my iPhone so I had to call for test results on Wed. Feb. 17. I was put on hold for more than a half hour so I called back and did not have to wait as long. The woman I spoke to today (Thursday, Feb 18) was super helpful. She sounded older and had much better customer service skills). Still do not have lab results.
It was my first time ever coming to the office but your staff really made me feel welcome you all are awesome thank you very much
