The wait was one hour even though we booked our time ahead. But the staff was very friendly.

Front office staff was great for my drug test. There was a waiting room full of sick patients the night I went in. They gave me the forms needed that could be filled out in advance and suggested I come back the next morning. When I did, it was only a 15 minute wait and the technician that took care of me did a great job and made me feel comfortable.
