When I went in I was seen fairly quickly. The NP was very pleasant and prescribed a medication that helped to resolve my problem.
The video was not going through for some reason. The physician was so kind to call my phone and when I didn’t pick up my phone he called my emergency contact, my husband to have him contact me to call his phone. He thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions.
I felt very comfortable and well taken care of from check in, during the appointment and through follow up.
Needed to have a COVID Test before traveling and contacted TGH for an appointment. This was Sunday and I was so happy that they were open an actually had time to see me. Checked in with no problems and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The Doctor saw me even before my appointment time, inquired about why I was there, took my Vitals and then proceeded to perform the Nasal Swab. I was seen as soon as I completed the paper work, the nurse was efficient and the PA was compassionate and helpful.

The girl at the desk was very nice and knowledgeable , the wait time was not long and Dr was thorough, I will definitely go to the TGH urgent care / fast track again .
How easy it is to just come in as a walk in and Great Staff!!!
