A 10/10, everyone at TGH made me feel special and took great care of me. The nurses in pre-op and recovery (Maureen, Vivien, can't remember more names) and Dr. Wyman and her staff. Thank you and keep it up! I know now why TGH is the best hospital!!
Totally great experience, from check-in to procedure.
When I went in I was seen fairly quickly. The NP was very pleasant and prescribed a medication that helped to resolve my problem.
The video was not going through for some reason. The physician was so kind to call my phone and when I didn’t pick up my phone he called my emergency contact, my husband to have him contact me to call his phone. He thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions.
I felt very comfortable and well taken care of from check in, during the appointment and through follow up.
Needed to have a COVID Test before traveling and contacted TGH for an appointment. This was Sunday and I was so happy that they were open an actually had time to see me. Checked in with no problems and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The Doctor saw me even before my appointment time, inquired about why I was there, took my Vitals and then proceeded to perform the Nasal Swab.
