My experience with you has been good. Everyone is very friendly however I think the service needs to be improved! I sat in the room for at least 10-14 minutes before the nurse came in...I had to give a urine sample. A doctor walked by several time before the nurse came back, then I waited for the doctor. The door was open and it sounded like they were doing a lot of visiting...staff. Thanks
Procedure was right on time with care and kindness given by each person along the way starting at admissions to recovery.
