I have not used TGH Urgent care before this experience...it was a great successful experience. I will definitely recommend to friends. As a patient of Tampa General many times, happily have Dr. Lester as our family doctor I was not at all surprised of the wonderful "urgent Care" rather than emergency at the hospital...it was a very productive experience. It was a very smooth and quick process. The person who took care of my test went the extra mile to assist me. I met him when he was setting up the signs before opening. He asked my name so that he could go ahead and prepare the test kit so that I didn't have to wait additional time. It was a good customer service experience. I don't know his name.
The wait was not long and my symptoms were resolved quickly with medication that helped me recover in 7 days. Staff was very professional.
