Amazing, helpful and warm employees
Setting up an appointment was easy. The Front Staff were helpful. The ARNP in staff was caring and provided good information. Unfortunately, due to lack of medical equipment I was advised to go to the Emergency Room.
the process was quick and easy. Everyone working to do the COVID testing was courteous, and thoroughly explained the process to get the swab.
Very understanding and welcoming
The whole experience was very good. All personnel were courteous and professional. I was most impressed by the PA, Elizabeth Drissel. Her good nature coupled with her willingness to explain everything in detail was very welcomed.
Staff was pretty good. My appointment was for 5:45pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get seen till about 7:30pm. Other then that everything else was fine.
