Everyone was very nice, gentle and caring. This was my second time to visit there and will always use this Urgent Care when my primary is not available. Also telling others that they would be pleased to go there . Thank you for a great medical place.
Nursing staff was excellent. Pharmacy staff either needs help or needs to be replaced. I waited 14 hours for magic mouthwash that they knew about ahead of time. I suffered for hours due to their lack of efficiency. Everything when like clockwork even the food was good
My care was excellent, everyone was professional and compassionate. Service was immediate and polite

The experience was great. I had my ears flushed out because of wax buildup and it was a good experience. I had been there a year ago when I was sick snd it was a similar experience. Wonderful caring people. Honestly I would rather go there than my regular provider. Fast. Prompt and very caring. So glad to have this facility in Riverview!
