Great experience overall. Broken arm. Xray tech, Jesus, was kind and gentle. Quick service. The PA on duty was fabulous, too. She even called the next day to check on me. Well done!!
Excellent customer service. I made an appointment on line and was taken care of quickly from start to finish. They are complying with the Covid restrictions and all was cleaned. All my questions answered and I was very pleased with the prompt attention from the PNP Ms Lamb. I recommend using this place for your Urgent Care.
Excellent service from Jenny and Carissa at the front desk. Very professionally and kept me well informed. The attending nurse Doris Scruggs was also great. Kind compassionate and caring. Excellent!!!

Easy/ breezy
Seen quickly. Very polite staff and PA. Given medication and started feeling better the next day with continuing improvement of symptoms. Thank you to all staff.
The nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough and listen to my concerns. She appeared competent and efficient. My only recommendation is to please turn down the music in the lobby. It was hard to even listen to the front office person asking questions. It is even more difficult for those of us who are hard of hearing.
