Dr. Patel is a new doctor for me, she is very knowledgeable. and patient. she listens to my concerns and is doing everything. to help me.
Great service
I use mychart for many issues. I was able to ask non emergency questions and every health provider responded in a timely fashion giving me answers to questions. This included primary care doctor, eye doctor, gyn doctor, foot doctor and even billing. Also scheduling which I believe this survey is about.
