I appreciated being seen by a component doctor, however the waiting time and being seen took 2 hours. More efficient flow of the service is needed. Also not enough parking.

I came to have blood work done, 7pm. The process was smooth, I was in and out in 15 minutes. The phlebotomy team was pleasant and able to find my vein quickly. 1 stick and I was on my way home!
