I feel torn because I love my Primary Care doctor Dr. Severin however the customer service reps that answers the phone lines are not customer friendly, they are short with their responses, when it’s time to schedule an appointment they are making appointments 7 - 8 months away and when asked why is there no sooner appointment they respond with attitude being condescending and knowledgeable with some questions.
