Dr. Pincus presented as very concerned and willing to address my concerns! He's a great Dr and always validates my thoughts while promoting excellent medical care!!
I was disappointed in that Ì was informed of change in my appointment, which confirmed, reminded more than once to be ready for e-visit, yet I waited and didn't hear from the Dr. I called the clinic and the person after putting me on hold more than once,then trying to shift blame on me by assuming I never confirmed and that's why the Dr. may not have contacted me, was very appauling.
