I took the COVID-19 test on Friday, July 17th. The staff was exceptional. Very professional. I only disappointment was that I had to administer the COVID-19 test myself. I expected that the test would have been administered by a professional. While I carefully followed the instructions, my concerned as to whether I administerEd the test correctly. I would have felt more secure if the test had been administered by a professional.
It was nice to be able to just walk to the location of the testing site. The set-up was nicely organized, and the nurses/assistants that were there were very helpful and assisted me in doing the self-swab. Prior to getting the test done, I was a bit hesitant because of what I had heard about the testing. The testing I had was very simple and noninvasive. Thank you for bringing the testing to our community.
The staff was very courteous, efficient and considerate of my needs as a senior citizen with mobility issues. The wait time was very short which was a pleasant surprise. Many thanks!

We were at the Boston Home. Efficient and courteous. Maybe should have had a few more chairs out for older folks, but other people appeared with them when needed.
On behalf of John, the staff was phanominal. My dad was weak due to the hot sun. The staff came and let me drive up and proceeded to test him in my car. Thank you, thank you and thank you! A Very Happy Daughter!

Professional. Informative. Could have been a little more organized in regards to the order of forms vs people. Ex. Forms were mixed up.
