My visit to Codman Square Heath Center was a very positive experience. First. I was greeted when I entered into the lobby which is not something you see normally see in businesses. I then was checked into my appointment on the second floor with a very helpful staff who acknowledged me while I was sitting in the reception area. Lastly, the medical staff were very professional and caring when I was receiving my vaccine. It was an overall a painless experience. I can’t say enough.
I Received 2 moderna vaccines at Codman Sq. Health center & my experience was exceptional. The nurses administering the shots were very professional & pleasant. Also, the digital communication from the Health center was timely & easy to understand. The reminders regarding the appointments were much appreciated. Overall, an outstanding experience. My visit overall was okay. My doctor and the nurses was great and so were the people in the Lab. They were friendly and welcoming. I can't say that about everyone. When you come in it was confusing and the people at the front wasn't very helpful with directions. And the young lady at the front desk to help patients to sign up for lab work wasn't pleasant. She spoke to everyone who ask for help like they were incompetent.
