Scheduling the appointment was quite easy. The person I was assisted by help me with not only scheduling my appointment but also with instructions on how to do My chart account. At the testing site , everyone did their respective jobs with professionalism . Although I am very familiar with the services provided by your health center, this was the first time I had an opportunity to utilize your services and I am very pleased to have done so.

My COVID-19 test went very smoothly. I didn’t have to wait at all. A nurse went above and beyond what was expected to customized a letter for my employer documenting that I was tested. Everyone at the testing site was pleasant and professional. I got my results online the next day.
It's my 1st time as a pt. coming for over a year. Yes you have improved the facility nicely. Yes, I was better able to speak to my Dr. about all my concerns as well as my health . The lab was a bit on the busy side ,which made wait a bit long. Thank you!
