Great experience didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor. I had to fill out a sheet with some questions on it before being seen. But nobody asked or looked at the sheet once I filled it out so that was pointless. But other then that everyone provided good service.

You did good but I’m not too happy with having a different primary doctor so often like that,it’s not right.
(Friday 08/08/2025 at approximately 12:10 pm). I came as a walk in and after a while I was sent upstairs with an appointment due to an influx of patients. Apparently there was an internal miscommunication because after twenty minutes past my scheduled appointment time I approached the desk spoke with someone at the desk and was sent back downstairs with instructions to fill out a form (the one I had filled out a few hours earlier) for urgent care.
