I greatly appreciated the phenomenal customer service and care that I received from the entire Dental Department team during my last two visits! The Patient Care Representatives always were extremely welcoming, mannered, kind and attentive when checking me in and booking follow-up appointments. I dont like the fact that I have to go outside the clinic to get my glasses when it is so convenient with it behin in the building 🙃
The service was great with professional employees.
I have been a patient there with my PCP over 15 years everyone has always been courteous nice and professional. In addition I always pass the information on to my friends and family to come there thank you so much?
Kroshion always listens to me and I trust his recommendations. The nurse was great explaining the blood pressure kit and how to use it. I appreciate everything these frontline people are doing to keep me safe.
