Excellent service. The nurse who administered my COVID test, Lola, was thorough, professional and caring. Because of my experience that day, positive with everyone I cam in contact with, I plan to schedule my COVID booster at the CSHC. Thank you.

Even so the registration process was easily accomplished, got a next day appointment, and was seen by a gracious provider with little wait time. Thank you all.
