The OB-Nurse that I had my visit with was very nice and understanding
Staff was friendly and helpful. I was seen quickly after checking in and did not have to wait for any step of the process. My only two pieces of feedback are I did not receive any email/text confirmation or reminders about my appointment. The other one is that after receiving my vaccine dose there was a good bit of confusion of who was supposed to assist me in scheduling my second dose appointment. But it was resolved quickly.
People are nice and acting very professional.

Care provided in a kind and friendly manner. Well done. Only complaint was very long wait of over an hour before i was seen. When i went to desk to inquire, someone came out to apoligize, gave me a time frame. That was helpful and appreciated.
