It wasn't hard at all to set up a time to be seen and the staff was very kind.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was very busy and it was very cold outside. The traffic coordinator did a great job keeping people moving and tried her best to get the babies out of the cold. Tough when little kids had to Stand outside
