Overall experience was good. My 1st appointment with Dr. Cai was great. He listened to my concerns and help create a plan to address them. My experience with the pharmacy was not so good. 1st the lady we spoke with over the phone attempted to over charge us for one of the prescriptions. When questioned about it she became upset and very dismissive. She even hung up on us while my wife was speaking.
