There were so many storms that when I could not get through to CREC I was not too worried. I knew they had their hands full and would have our electric back on soon. But when we returned home later in the day, we found out we were the only house in our area without electric. I was finally able to get a hold of someone with CREC and let them know and within a few hours - after 10 pm - a crew was there and repaired the line and restored our electric.
