We visited office in Forsyth Illinois and I was very disappointed in the service we received. The desk staff and nurse who helped us were amazing. The physician we saw was short and literally spent less than 5 minutes with my daughter. She tested negative for the strep test and immediately came in the room with her discharge papers. She did mot even discuss any other possible issues with us. I was very disappointed and will never recommend that office.
I was never there. I am not Steve Pease. I called and talked to the local office yesterday to clear things up. No communication in the "system"?
