Very rude receptionist. I signed up on the website for a 10:45 appointment and she told me there were no appointments, just walk ins. Had no time for me and was very rude. Will not go here again.
My daughter was seen here recently and I was highly disappointed with the service provided. The receptionist was pleasent and friendly. The nurse who took her vitals was friendly and took time to get informations from her, but the physician or physicial assistant was short and unfriendly. She literally had was in the room with us for 3 minutes and barely did an exam of my daughter. She left and returned to tell us the strep test was nageative and that she had our discharge papers. We visited office in Forsyth Illinois and I was very disappointed in the service we received. The desk staff and nurse who helped us were amazing. The physician we saw was short and literally spent less than 5 minutes with my daughter. She tested negative for the strep test and immediately came in the room with her discharge papers. She did mot even discuss any other possible issues with us. I was very disappointed and will never recommend that office.
I was never there. I am not Steve Pease. I called and talked to the local office yesterday to clear things up. No communication in the "system"?
