Everyone was very informative and kind.
Physician's assistant was prompt. He didn't know exactly what kind of skin rash I had but he put me on two antibiotics and it started to go away. They said they would call me with biopsy results but they never did.
Patient care was excellent. Dr and staff were knowledgebal and courteous. Vey low wait time, and the ability to make an appointment on line is great! They are very eager to take your money ant the check in. Which I understand and really have no problem with. My only problem with them is their billing department. I have been waiting for 6 days to get a detailed billing sheets with care codes, so I can send to my secondary insurance for reimbursement. Very positive experience! Got there and got help within 5 min. Thank you! I was in a lot pain and medication proscribed helped!
I showed up to this urgent care at around 10:30 AM with horrible flu symptoms. I was seen within 30 minutes and out of there within 45 minutes, prescription for Tamiflu in hand! The facilities were clean and the staff and RN were fantastic! I would definitely recommend it and it will now be my “go-to” urgent care for the family.
No complaints. Quick service and nice doctor.
