I called for appointment. I was told it would cost me 100.00 to be seen, but it could cost me up to 400.00. when I arrived they told me to be seen would cost be 200.00. then they were suppose to send prescription to pharmacy. So I left arrived at pharmacy and they told prescription not filled. I called and clinic said I had to come back for another appointment (200.00) Saturday and get labs($$$) before she could prescribe meds. Everyone was friendly and polite it was kinda of hard to hear the person speak. But I understood because of the covid19 we need to protect our self.
Service was professional and timely
I normally love the service when I am able to come into the location in person but the phone consultation was not good. I was unable to take a clear picture down my throat as the doctor asked because it is impossible to do so the doctor couldn't see what was going on (swelling in throat/lump feeling/white spot on larynx) and therefore didn't seem to believe my symptoms were actually present. This is by far the BEST way to go to the Doctor! From the comfort and safety of your own home you have the ability to consult with awesome Health Care Professionals. I couldn't be happy with this service. Just forget sitting in the germ filled clinic for two hours and give this a go - like me, you won't look back! Five star awesome!
Honestly the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care clinic. The staff was so kind and jovial and despite the craziness of COVID-19, they made an effort to help and support me. I appreciate it so much.

The NP was awesome and knowledgeable.
Better service than the office of mr primary care doctor. I came in because me hearing was suddenly very impaired and I wondered if wax buildup was possible. My primary doctor's office wanted to arrange a tele-visit which would do nothing if wax was blocking my hearing. The Urgent Care physician checked my ears. Yes, wax, . An assistant washed it out. Hearing returned. The doctor was nice, patient, good humored, and....effective. thank you Action Urgent Care.
