The staff was very efficient, dependable, courteous. Very little waiting time to see the Doctor.
for the most part it was great. The receptionist woman was very kind and helpful and I'm glad she was there to facilitate the process. When I was in the room the room I didn't expect the doctor to webcam in but it was fine. I ended up waiting a while since the doctor had to get on the video call and finish whatever she was doing. She was very smart and helped with my issue but I felt like i was wasting her time and she tried to push me through quick as possible. So great! Never been here before. I had 4 stitches removed from my forehead on 4th of July. Total time from start to finish was less than 20 minutes. Staff was professional, and understanding. Office was clean with no wait.
