As is with all urgent cares, there is a wait. However the wait was well worth it because the care I received was professional, caring, and excellent. I am very grateful that Tower Health Urgent Care - Wyomissing was an option for me because I needed it and it did not disappoint.
Really pleased with my last visit. They were busy yes but it flowed. Staff was very professional and friendly. Didn’t feel rushed they definitely took their time to address issues and answer questions.
I swear every time I come to this place the front desk staff is rude it's long waits (almost an hour with three people including myself in the waiting room) this is the closest urgent care to me so I utilize it but am almost always told to go to the er for dehydration (last time I was admittedly vomiting but only 3 times in one day) I was not dehydrated I could keep fluids down I had a sinus and upper respiratory infection which they did not treat which is what caused the vomiting (the phlegm) the nurses and Dr's I have met ... read more
My visit was excellent. Front desk staff person was professional and empathetic to my situation. The medical assistant, quickly put me at ease and the PA was informative and friendly. Would rate the visit at a5/5.
Never had a problem until the front desk lady with glasses was rude because I couldn’t see a sign to wait to be called. I’m getting seen for pink eye I had to take my contacts out so I can’t see without them. Instead she assumed I could see 😑
