Save your self the trouble and go to Patient First. Both the Front Desk AND the Nurse were extremely rude to my family. The Nurse complained my daughter's nails were too long to use the pulse ox. I asked to speak to the Office Manager and was hung up on! ****UPDATE **** my daughter ended up in the ER and was treated for Strep which this urgent care said she was negative for?! Wasted time and money. Never again.
Check in was smooth and quick. I was lucky - the waiting room was empty and waited about 1 minute. The nurse and x-ray technician were kind and listened attentively. The PA-C I saw Genevieve - I liked her very much. She was smart, explained things well, sweet and thorough. Overall, I had a great experience - no complaints.
Awesome urgent care. Went there yesterday a Sunday. EVERYONE there was incredibly nice. I was there about an hour. Which included my visit and getting a chest x-ray. I really appreciated the graph they have online that let's you know how busy they are. I highly recommend this urgent care. 👍❤️
Everyone is vary nice friendly. I got x-ray Katie took the x-ray. Nickolas look at my up arm. She is vary nice friends too. The other nurse that took my blood pressure is vary nice friends too.
My daughter was seen and the nurse who had her treated her terribly and was very judgmental. A woman has the right to her body and decisions. As a professional nurse, they have no right to make judgments! They had my daughter crying while she was waiting for the doctor. Please don’t come here for services. They only want your money. My daughter will be reporting the nurse and hope she reads this bad review! Shame on her!
