I had a positive experience at Douglassville Tower Health Urgent Care. I visited on Monday, November 24th, 2025 at 7:30 PM. Despite not having an appointment, being a walk-in patient, the staff were caring and compassionate, yet quite thorough every step of the process. The nurse practitioner was ruin and tried to tell me I could get C. diff from taking a medication. What is not true at all I am in the medical field and everything she was telling me was false. Seems like they hire anyone off the streets

super disappointed that i have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting to see a doctor but a lady walked in and was taken back within 5 minutes because she knows the nurse or doctor. service is favorable per patient which is absolutely foul.

Absolutely awesome experience. I came in last Friday with a hand injury requiring stitiches and they took me back right away even though they were busy. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Dr. Kate fixed me right up and sent me on my way. I was very lucky to find them

Check in was smooth and quick. I was lucky - the waiting room was empty and waited about 1 minute. The nurse and x-ray technician were kind and listened attentively. The PA-C I saw Genevieve - I liked her very much. She was smart, explained things well, sweet and thorough. Overall, I had a great experience - no complaints.
