I had a positive experience at Douglassville Tower Health Urgent Care. I visited on Monday, November 24th, 2025 at 7:30 PM. Despite not having an appointment, being a walk-in patient, the staff were caring and compassionate, yet quite thorough every step of the process. Absolutely awesome experience. I came in last Friday with a hand injury requiring stitiches and they took me back right away even though they were busy. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Dr. Kate fixed me right up and sent me on my way. I was very lucky to find them
super disappointed that i have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting to see a doctor but a lady walked in and was taken back within 5 minutes because she knows the nurse or doctor. service is favorable per patient which is absolutely foul.
In and out in less than half hour. Was seen for a UTI. Doctor was friendly and thorough and addressed my concerns.
Save your self the trouble and go to Patient First. Both the Front Desk AND the Nurse were extremely rude to my family. The Nurse complained my daughter's nails were too long to use the pulse ox. I asked to speak to the Office Manager and was hung up on! ****UPDATE **** my daughter ended up in the ER and was treated for Strep which this urgent care said she was negative for?! Wasted time and money. Never again.
