The attending/greeting nurse was friendly and the doctor was very helpful; I would return for their care. However, I made a "save my spot" for 11:15am at 10am, checked in online. We checked in at the front desk and sat in the lobby until we were finally called in at 12:30!!! We had been an oversight. We had watched several people sign up for service on the kiosk and they continued to receive service before us. We deduced that their care took priority over ours so we continued to wait. I came here after BayCare UC across the street told me the wait time would be 1.5 hours, even after I had already been waiting 20–25 minutes. This facility is nice and clean, and I was seen within 15 minutes of registration by APRN Tina Carter, who was passionate, caring, and referred me to the ER. Check in was quick and professional. Dr was thorough and helpful. I appreciate nurse practitioners. Truly. but it was nice to have a Doctor in the house with greater experience and expertise. Will definitely return.

The Doctor was amazing as well as the medical assistant. They both were very attentive and very concerned about my health and my symptoms. They immediately took over the situation, did some testing and recommended I go to the Er for further testing. They definitely don’t take your health lightly, they do their best to get you a diagnosis and get you feeling better. Thank you so much for your concern and care.

I checked in at the TGH facility in Lutz (22945 State Road 54) and waited to be called. The nurse didn't seem to know or understand why I was there; she took me to an exam room, then led me to the area for the test. She left, came back, took me to another room, and then told me she couldn't administer the PPD test because they didn't have it in stock.
