Thought I had pneumonia so went in for a check up. Barely any wait time, very kind front desk staff, and amazing APRN took so much time to help me figure out the treatment protocol. I can’t believe it was so fast/easy. Very grateful for this location!
Went in for what felt like a sinus or bronchitis issue. From check in to check out. Everyone was very nice. I was diagnosed, the doctor checked the prescriptions she was giving me against all of my current prescriptions as well as my long list of allergies. Instead of dismissing my concerns of my allergies, she really took the time to check. It's the little things. Would absolutely return to this location.
Dyllon and Dr Collins were kind and quick. Making the visit easy when it was hard for us. Maria made the check in super simple and easy for us. Great experience- will return if needed.
I came in because I was in a car accident on June 22. Put did not wanna wait in an ER for hours. When I came in, they were incredibly attentive, personable, and seem to really care about how I was feeling and the discomfort I was in. From the front desk, staff members, to the nurse or medical assistant to the doctor that saw me was truly one of the best experiences that I’ve had going to an urgent care. Staff was patient (because let’s face it, if you are there to be seen, you probably aren’t in your best mood ), caring, professional. The office was clean and organized Process was easy, from check in to discharge. Very good experience was a first time patient
