So glad I chose this facility in my time of need, the front desk receptionist was very professional and kind! The nurse and Dr. Matthew were literally a saving grace. I went in there in excruciating pain, they were very patient with me and understanding of my situation. They truly care, and they made sure to do everything possible to help me. I absolutely love this place, it will be my go to for any emergencies moving forward. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire staff, you truly made a difference for me!
The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The place was clean, organized, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. They were able to get me scheduled quickly as a walk-in, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I truly appreciate the efficiency and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be returning!
The best thing about this facility is that it was clean. I made an “appointment” online for 8:30 and wasn’t taken back until after 9. It was $235 just to be seen. The first nurse said the price had doubled since January 1. I was told I needed an X-ray so I walked down the hall (imaging in in the same building which is convenient) and the Urgent Care receptionist wanted me to pay over double what the imaging center was charging me. Very kind, attentive and clean! I only waited about 8 minutes before getting called into a room and then 5 minutes later I was in another room seen by the doctor. This particular location you can smell how sanitized the room is which I loved. Very friendly staff! They all ask how they can help at the same time so you dont know who to go to lol I was seen for imaging and urgent care
I had a mirror break in my hand and cut a nice little chunk out. 24hrs later it was still bleeding decently so I had to go get checked. I checked in online and was seen within a few mins of the scheduled time. The doctor was really good. He explained everything step by step so well that I didn't have a single question when he was done. He cauterized it for me which I was nervous when he mentioned that word lol, but he numbed it and didn't rush so it had time to work and it ended up feeling no worse than a blister.
