I had a very good experience at this Urgent Care. The facility is new and clean. The check-in process was easy and mostly, the care I was given was exceptional. Hailey S. took a great deal of time to help me get to the bottom of my issue. She was able to narrow down the source of my problem and suggest future testing and next steps. She was kind and compassionate and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely use this facility again.
Even though I pre registered online, others were taken ahead of me. Not sure if they did pre check or not. Would have been nice to know. Other than that, it was very clean (which it should be for being new). I didn’t see a Doctor, but the PA , or whatever she was (she introduced herself and her title, but I can’t remember) she was very helpful. The receptionist had trouble reaching my insurance. Went day after Christmas and expected it to crowded and it was. Good care but save a spot online doesn’t get you in faster. Walkins are taken before you which defeats the purpose of pre-registering. 2 1/2 hour wait to be seen with a save a spot registration. Also no hand sanitizer any where to be found which during cold and flu season is unacceptable. A counter with a coffee maker and refrigerator but no beverages or cups. I was extremely happy with my first visit to the brand-new TGH Urgent Care facility in Babcock Ranch. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and professional, and after I had given my info and the reason for my visit, I was ushered back into the exam rooms and given the usual introductory tests. Then I was introduced to Hailey Slobodzian, APRN, who gave me an incredibly thorough and complete exam. She explained every step, and left no area of the injury unexplored. I would highly recommend this health care provider. It was easy to make an appointment at the time that was convenient and all of the staff (reception, nurse, and doctor) were attentive and respectful. The doctor was thorough, knowledgable, and listened to me. Even those this was my first visit, requiring more time to provide health history, I was in and out in an hour.
