Considering my visit was during week one of their 7 day/week schedule I was delighted by their performance with limited resources! Shannon did an amazing job of helping me schedule same day xrays at an off location facility! I am excited to have TGH at BR and know it will get even better with each future visit. They are bringing awesome innovation to our community!
This facility is new to Babcock Ranch. I have been living out here for three years. I stopped in and asked if they took my insurance. Which they happily took the time to look up and said they do. I was not able to get in for an appointment that day. They told me they opened up at 8 AM the next day. I went home and downloaded the app filled out the information. I’ve been living in Babcock Ranch for three years. This location just recently opened up. The staff was friendly and helpful. I downloaded the app the day before the appointment and filled in all my information which made the appointment smooth and seamless. My appointment was at 8:30. I was in and out before 9 o’clock. 100% satisfied I was seen by Miranda Quinton, APRN Glad to have them here in Babcock Ranch. I will be coming back again.
Happy this is in my neighborhood but they need a mobile sign in pad so we don’t have to stand at the desk filling out the extensive sign in information. Maybe it was long cause I was never at any TG urgent cares in the past but when you are not feeling well, it made it challenging. The wait time was reasonable. The service was very good and I was able to link my Lee Health and TG together in MyChart…
I’m extremely unhappy with the service I received here. We took our child to urgent care on Saturday because there was irritation in his eye, and I suspected that both an eye and ear infection were developing together. I shared this concern with the provider, but she said she had never seen a case where both eye and ear infections occur at the same time which was very concerning, because even we know this is quite common among children.
