I would highly recommend this health care provider. It was easy to make an appointment at the time that was convenient and all of the staff (reception, nurse, and doctor) were attentive and respectful. The doctor was thorough, knowledgable, and listened to me. Even those this was my first visit, requiring more time to provide health history, I was in and out in an hour. I was extremely happy with my first visit to the brand-new TGH Urgent Care facility in Babcock Ranch. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and professional, and after I had given my info and the reason for my visit, I was ushered back into the exam rooms and given the usual introductory tests. Then I was introduced to Hailey Slobodzian, APRN, who gave me an incredibly thorough and complete exam. She explained every step, and left no area of the injury unexplored. My first visit to TGH Urgent Care was amazing. Checking was quick. Was seen very quickly. Brittany was thorough in checking out the problem and recommending a course of action. I even signed up for the mobile unit I was so impressed.

Considering my visit was during week one of their 7 day/week schedule I was delighted by their performance with limited resources! Shannon did an amazing job of helping me schedule same day xrays at an off location facility! I am excited to have TGH at BR and know it will get even better with each future visit. They are bringing awesome innovation to our community!

From start to finish this urgent care and their staff were polite and professional. I woke up feeling ill and needed to be seen prior to my work day. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I was provided with quality care, All my questions were answered, and any concerns I had were addressed in length. Britteny Scimemi, APRN and her staff were wonderful. I will be coming again if needed.
