Fast, convenient knowledgeable.. Very nice staff. First visit there. This is what urgent care is all about. I won’t hesitate to go there again.
I was pretty sick when I went in, was treated in a timely manner and was diagnosed with Bronchitis. The doctor gave me some prescriptions, which I took and I am doing much better.
I landed in Tampa with an eye infection that hurt a lot and was red and angry Was going to ruin my holiday these gracious professionals greeting me -exhibited concern and care and got me in to se the physician very quickly ..I am am on the mend a big fan of this care facility Thank you!! Gretchen .
PA Jamie very professional, listened well to my concerns, making it an easy & positive urgent care experience for my lingering 10-day+ cough/cold symptoms. Thank u for being so convenient as option for patients for issues like this that arise but don't necessary warrant an ER or PCP visit. I'm especially appreciative for proximity of this clinic to where we live here in Seminole. Triage MA and front desk staff also very friendly.
Okay not Much resting for abd pain. I was referred to ER.
After checking in and having to wait over 44 minutes ( with my 93 year old mother) I was treated with little respect and because I was unable to hear ( with an ear infection) there was a complete lack of urgency and mainly apathy by the physician who is a DO which only added to me my concern about level of care diagnosis and treatment which DID NO t included antibiotics which is called for most case so trusting this physician was a mistake and now I AJ e to follow up with another visit to my primary physician in Texas Wou... read more
The tech who took my vitals was friendly & helpful. The P.A. who examined me (Ms. Schmidt) was also friendly, and provided assessment, directions, and a Rx.
i have had sinusitis for many times. I knew what it was and I needed the antibiotic, I was happy to have it treated at the urgent care because the doctors office didn't have any openings !
