The care was good but I was there for 14 hours before being transported to the hospital!!!!!!!!!!! Once they decided I was going to the hospital, they forgot about me. I saw no one for at least eight hours. No one came in to see if I even needed water

The staff and doctor were awesome. However, it is impossible to get thru to the office. I needed a tetanus shot after hurricane cleanup, and I was trying to confirm that they had the medication on hand, bc I had limited time (there’s a 48 hr window). I could not get passed the schedulers to get a phone number. The person I talked to was very unhelpful. She did not understand and wasn’t about to problem solve. She said they offer tetanus shots so they should have the medicine. I said there have been some supply chain issues w... read more
