I need my security light replaced. The 2 men that showed up were extremely quick and very professional. I've been an OEC customer for almost 11yrs and have never had a problem they are always quick to fix any issues with power outages or any small problem

Shirley was very helpful on the phone on Tuesday, and I got a call yesterday that a crew was at my house and ready to fix my yard light and had taken care, as I had asked, not to damage the trees along my rather cramped driveway. So far, so good. But when I arrived home last night the light was totally different from what I had had before. While I applaud the switch to LED's for energy efficiency, the color of the new bulb is a ghastly blue hue rather than the natural, soft yellow I had before.
