Installation of all three phases ( bury line, attach to house and inside hook-up) went smoothly, but only the final phase was scheduled. Otherwise, we did not know when someone was showing up to work. Luckily we were here each time, but it could have been a problem due to our barking dog
This person was excellent and and fixed up everything to where everything is running just fine.
The only negative thing I have to say is the time it took to get it installed. I called on June 10th and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it installed. It was completed on Aug 2nd,so 8 weeks later and the only problem was a couple weeks before it was completed there was a problem with the signal in my area

Was longer than promised from subscription to installation. Service and installation are excellent.
