Overall things went well, but the installation from the side of the house up through the attic there is not any slack in the fiber. I wish I would’ve known that before the installer completed his job.
The installer was friendly and explained everything He was doing.. He was Amazing!!!

Installer was great.
the technician was timely (considering the icy roads)...did a quick install...was very helpful to get my phone connected...I am excited that I can participate in the ACP program to help lower the monthly cost.

Guy was great and quick
No troubles at all. My only suggestion is to ensure all your guys are fluent in English. Your man was super courteous and did his job great but we had a hard time communicating. I guess I should have paid more attention in high school.
