The OEC technicians which we contacted to get our TV correctly paired were excellent! However, for me to successfully operate the TV using the OEC hand held control is a NIGHTMARE! I guess I am spoiled by the the simplicity I experienced with prior providers- turn on TV hit Guide or Recordings select one & your watching immediately. For recordings select program to record with one touch.
