Communication was not good. It was difficult to understand the installer’s words.
The technicians that came out were fast efficient and explained everything to me they did a great job

Getting everything setup was very easy and went incredibly smooth. Our router was still setup for the prior owner of the house but that was able to be fixed very quickly as well over the phone.
