OEC is light years ahead of the competition, literally in Mbps speed but also in customer service. You talk to real, local people who assist in navigating onboarding and installation. The steps to get the Internet installed were really drawn out. But each Department did their job well and as fast as they could. We were fast tracked and it still took a long time. However, we are very thankful. We had grandchildren move into our home unexpectedly and they needed access to the Internet for school work.
