Installer was attentive and didnt mind answering any questions asked of him. Worked very efficiently with a great attitude.
I'm a totally new customer. We were told the process would take a couple weeks starting with marking the lines, trenching, and the in home install. The time frame was pretty much as described. The contractors were all friendly and respectful. The in home installer was great. He gave me reasonable options, and listened to what we wanted. Our set up probably took the installer a little more time/effort, but he seemed happy to do it. Thanks

There was some misunderstanding about the marking of buried utilities which delayed my installation by several weeks. I had to call several times before I got any response from anyone concerning the installation and when I did get a response I almost didn’t accept the call as it was from an unknown caller with a Calif. prefix. Confusing. But all the workers who showed up were polite and friendly for the most part. Thank you
1st class customer service!! Your sub contractors did an excellent job on the install from the line boring in my yard to the interior install. Most importantly, I’ll know exactly what my bill will be each month, no hidden fees and increasing rates!!
All of your technicians have been very thorough and extremely pleasant. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me because I am not knowledgeable about technology.
The tech that came out and did our install came earlier which was perfect! Shout out to all the nice people who helped us out with the fiber! Thank you!! The wife and I greatly appreciate you!
