Great customer service and technician was top notch
Install went smoothly except that the cable was not moved from the old service . So when I checked tpo see if I had service, I was actually still on the old on4e. Had to get my son to come fix it since I just had eye surgery .
Got an appointment time quickly, courteous technician that completed set up in a timely manner. Had to leave him there to finish up and he provided picture showing he had closed up garage when he left. Very professional!
Great at keeping me informed of the workers marking my yard prior to trenching. Great at making very little disruption to my lawn. Not so great at cutting a sprinkler line, but I should have marked them. Easily repaired. Great at in-home install. Dominic was wonderful! So patient in walking me through the steps to transition from AT&T! Great at changing the plan I asked for in the office. Service was installed much faster than predicted . The installers were very professional and knowledgeable.
Jorge was great. He explained everything to us from the TVs to the Internet. If I ever need someone to help me with my TVs or Internet I would definitely request him.
Quick service and easy to schedule. The speeds seem to be fast and overall I am pleased with the service.
The service appointment was setup quickly in the office & the technician called before arriving at my home. Jorge the technician was very polite, knowledgeable & quick.
