It was good. I do have some concerns though because over the weekend I kept losing my service & IDK why.
Excellent service. Nothing happened that was different from what I was told to expect. After dealing with AT&T wanting me to self diagnose my internet issues, it was nice to talk with OEC contractors who actually show up at your house.
Help with all questions gave satisfying results helped with all aspects of extensive questions and satisfying results

The whole experience was way better than expected. It was like clock work. I was worried that it would be a drawn out process, but even with the holiday, every step was smooth and orderly. My service tech, John, was very friendly and was in and out.
Carl the installer was fast, professional, helpful and considerate of our setup needs. We've ran all weekend with no issues. Gaming, streaming and work all at near gig speeds.
Amazing job, amazing service. The techs did a wonderful job and handled having our dogs there the entire time and were very fast and very nice.
The person we talked with was very helpful and polite. It was a pleasant experience.
My installment guy was very nice and respectful of my space, he didn’t leave a mess.
