The technician that installed the wiring was very professional , curtious, and very respectful. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I asked her to speed tests certain spots around the house to make sure there are no weak spots. She did all that. To me she went above and beyond doing her job. She is awesome. About OEC fiber connection speed and all, so far so good. No outages, no hiccups. I am satisfied.

Install went well. Installers were knowledgeable and professional. I do think they should have worn booties over their boots while walking through the living area of my house. We should have called them on it; however, I chose to not ask. The signal is not that much better than the 500 megabyte service I had with COX, and doesn't appear to come close to a Gigabyte speed.
