John Steele was professional, efficient and thorough. 5 stars for his work. Mostly the outside crews were the same 5 star quality. One pair I sent from the property (due to their inconsiderate behavior of driving on my lawn without permission and rutting the lawn, insincere apology, and thug like appearance.) Everyone was great, nice and friendly and informative thru each step. Was a great group of people and would recommend them. My signal has never been this high - tv in all rooms are high even on our tv in our bedroom which at best was good now very good. Thank you.

We got a call from OEC Fiber saying that our WiFi went out during the night. They were on top of it and had it fixed by mid-morning. The guys were very polite and, when asked, they told us what the problem was and assured us that it was all fixed.
