The guys were polite and precise about what they were doing.
Installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job both with the install/hookup, and making sure we understood everything.
Installers were very professional and everything works great.
He was great. Had an issue stayed till it was fixed
Technician showed up on time (actually, we were late by five minutes arriving and he was still there!!) Guy took no time to get everything hooked up and operational.
All employees are wonderful people and happy to help the customer!
The only part of the installation process that was frustrating was that I finally had to call and make my own appointment. I feel the ball was dropped here, the rest of it was smooth. So far the service has been great as well. I just wish it had been done timely as promised.
Crew who buried fiber in backyard did a really good job. Installation into my home was done in a very professional way and was efficient . Am extremely pleased with the service and product.
